此语出自伊尹告诫商王太甲的训辞。它以双重反问强调：不思考就不会有真正收获，不行动就不可能成功。‘虑’是谋划与反思，‘为’是切实去做。二者缺一不可。古代圣贤以此说明认知与践行的统一，反对空想与怠惰。今天可作为座右铭，提醒我们在学习、工作中既动脑又动手，以思促行，以行验思。
This saying comes from Yi Yin's admonition to King Tai Jia of Shang.
